I have been using Helping Hands in Lynnwood for the last few years. It is like PULLING TEETH to get them to fill out and fax the claim form to my pet insurance company. This is so I can get reimbursed for some of the cost. No problem to them, just FILL IT OUT and FAX IT. They act like it's such a hassle.
Sticking with them for now because they have her records and history.
