Dr. Beltran was my Doctor a few years back, I went to see him after my nose was broken in a car accident. Dr. performend rhinoplasty on my nose, and fixed my deviated septum and actually made my nose look much better than it was prior to the accident. He was a great Doctor and was very caring, I remember one time him and his family were on their way out of town for a wknd vacation and they stopped and had breakfast in my city, he phoned me at home to make sure I was doing alright. Not many Doctors do those things...I would recommend him and plan to go back to him for any other problems I may have.
