I spent a good amount of time researching plastic surgeons in Orange County 10 years ago before deciding to schedule consultations with a few. Of all my consultations I was most impressed by Dr. Beltran and his staff. I originally came to see him for a rhinoplasty procedure (nose job) and was given a very thorough consultation as to what the procedure involved and what results I could expect. Compared to the other surgeons I met with Dr. Beltran was the most personable. I felt I could really trust his expertise and I'm so happy I decided to have surgery by him. Thanks to the computer imaging technology I also left the consultation with a computer altered photo which allowed me to see how much better I would look once my bump was gone and my tip was more defined. My result was even better than I expected and I have received nothing but compliments! Over the years I have also been a loyal patron of Dr. Beltran's Med Spa, Bella Derma. Gail, the RN is terrific! I've been able to delay the first signs of aging and reverse some sun damage from years of outdoor sports and tanning. After having my two kids I decided I needed to repair the damage to my body. Even though I didn't gain very much weight during my pregnancies I was left with much smaller and drooping breasts and a stomach I could not tone despite months with a personal trainer. I decided to see Dr. Beltran for a Mommy Makeover. Once again I was so amazed at how wonderful I looked after the surgery! The implant size Dr. Beltran recommended for my breast augmentation was perfect! They look so natural and they FEEL natural. And my tummy tuck left me with a flat and toned stomach. I must say I look pretty hot for my age! I have recommended Dr. Beltran to all my friends. He is truly an artist and a plastic surgeon you can trust! more

At first I was hesitant to see Dr. Beltran because of the reviews I read beforehand. However, I was pleasantly surprised how much of a caring physician he is, despite some of the negative reviews. Dr. Beltran listened carefully and took the time to educate me about my diagnosis.I highly recommend this doctor. more

I am very happy with both cosmetic and functional surgeries Dr. Beltran performed on me several years ago. I just recommended a friend to Dr. Beltran who had a lady lump Augmentation. She was so happy she recommended several of her friends. He was nothing but personable to me and took the time to really explain things. He did leave me waiting on some appointments, but he is a doctor and I understand that sometimes surgeries run late and that cannot be avoided. I went to several doctors before I decided to use Dr. Beltran and out of all 4 that also came highly recommended he is the doctor that made me feel the most comfortable. I have been a patient of his for 25 years. I have had corrective functional surgery x 2 and a cosmetic procedure with him. My results are awesome and often complimented on by physicians I work with. I would only trust him with my loved ones or myself, not because there are not other wonderful surgeons in the community, but because I know his work, the pride he takes in his skill, he gives all his surgical patients direct access to him through his cell phone (wonderful while you are recovering), he is professional, punctual, respectful and has a bedside manner that I try to emulate in my own practice. more

I have been very pleased with Dr. Beltran and his work. I had saline breast implants done by him 11 years ago when his office was in Costa Mesa, across from South Coast Plaza. I had no problems and I followed all of his post care steps. I am also one of his before and after breast augmentation photos on his website. I also had restylane injections administered by him personally on two separate occasions 4 years ago which turned out great. He has always educated me on risks and different types of ways a certain procedure could be done and suggested the best ways to go about getting realistic results that best fit my body type. more

I have sent patients to him that were not fortunate enought to have insurance and not once, was a patient ever turned away from him. Either the patients I sent were accommodated by having fees reduced or he treated / operated on my patient and wrote the procedure off---AT NO CHARGE TO THE PATIENT. (He can no longer do this as he has sold parts of his surgery center and has other shareholders). more

I was very happy with this doctor. He diagnosis my longterm problem that I have live with for a long time. I have seen many doctors for this ENT problem and he is the only one that helped me. The staff was very nice and it was a overall good experience. He knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him. I can breath and food taste so much better. more

All I can say is I am very satisfied with my overall experience. My breathing problems are gone, I stopped snoring. Yeah! I have had this problem for many years, seen many doctors. I can not thank Dr Beltran enough. Just watch out what you read. As a resturaunt owner I know these sites are used by competetors and other vendictive people to lower your ratings and ruin your reputation. more

People told me I looked tired all the time and that was even after I got a lot of sleep. Dr. Beltran suggested I get a blepharoplasty, chin implant and liposuction on my neck. What a difference! There is more definition to my face and I look so much younger. I even look happier. Well, of course, I am happier. more
