Good: The initial service was great. The install was done well. Irrigation system works great!. Bad: Follow-up service is very poor. Flat lined. I have tripped twice in the front yard due to a hole left. Grass is yellowing in spots. Request for follow-up totally ignored. I had to turn to the "F-word" to even get a phone call back. That was a "F-ing" miracle when it happened. Customer service does not exist from this company.. Improvements: They could improve the landscape of business in this part of Ohio by going out of business.. Other: As a doctor I hate to be so negative about a company. However, I would not ever hire them to do anything for me again. If you depend on reliable service look elsewhere.
