O-Heil Irrigation Company

The gentleman that wrote the negative comment was not commenting on the O-Heil Irrigation Co. out of Loveland. I believe they are somehow associated with a company in the Dayton area with the same name, but a different owner. I have used the Loveland Ohio company for over 10 years with no problems. more

Good: The initial service was great. The install was done well. Irrigation system works great!. Bad: Follow-up service is very poor. Flat lined. I have tripped twice in the front yard due to a hole left. Grass is yellowing in spots. Request for follow-up totally ignored. I had to turn to the "F-word" to even get a phone call back. That was a "F-ing" miracle when it happened. Customer service does not exist from this company.. Improvements: They could improve the landscape of business in this part of Ohio by going out of business.. Other: As a doctor I hate to be so negative about a company. However, I would not ever hire them to do anything for me again. If you depend on reliable service look elsewhere. I stand by my opinion with my name: Michael J. Rebar, DO, DPM. O'heil just completed the install on our sprinkler system. I could not be more pleased. The crews courteous and professional. Their processes caused very little damage to the yard. Before they left, they tamped the affected areas and rolled everything with a lawn roller. Very good job! more
