Review content:
We drove to Richmond to check out Weebsworld to choose a stroller because they had a good selection. Big mistake. The owner was the most arrogant, condescending salesperson I've ever encountered. He proceeded to tell us we had purchased the wrong car seat, basically insinuating that we were idiots and because of that decision there was nothing he could do for us in terms of stroller selection. The car seat we have is the highest rated according to Consumer Reports and Baby Bargains, and he insisted that we needed a Maxi Cosi carseat instead- one that I found out later has been RECALLED. He comes across as knowing a lot about his products, but woe to you if you've already chosen anything that falls outside of his preferences. My husband and I were completely baffled that someone could be this rude, and will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor if you don't want to feel patronized- buy your stroller/car seat somewhere else.
