Dave & Sara run an outstanding business. My wife I and went to Weebsworld based on a recommendation from a sales rep at a competing baby store! We ordered a car seat and two strollers. Dave offered to loan us a car seat if our baby arrived before the car seat arrived. Luckily the car seat arrived before the baby, but we really appreciated the offer. I get the strollers and car seat home, start playing with my new toys and attach the car seat to the stroller incorrectly. I call Dave to tell him about my blunder, he tells me to come into the store and he would help me out. Dave takes the time to replace a portion of the car seat with parts from a spare car seat. He does all of this without charging me a dime, that is great customer service! I would recommend Weebsworld to any one in the market for a stroller, car seat, high chair, or any of the stuff they carry. more

Weebsworld was the perfect place to get our Radian carseats. Right when my 2-year-old and I stepped in, we were facing the owner, who immediately understood what we wanted to determine: whether two Radian carseats would leave enough space for a booster seat in the backseat of our station wagon. He took all three seats to our car; showed us that they would all fit safely; advised us to get a cheaper booster seat than he carries, since our car is too old to take advantage of its safety features; and then installed the Radian seats for us, all in under an hour or so. The installation took advantage of one of the great strengths of Weebsworld: the owner trains local firemen on how to install carseats. At what other store would the owner and recognized authority on carseats personally install your seats? The small size of the store, and its situation in a block of stores facing away from Broad St., helped: we parked just a few dozen feet from the front desk. I let him do all the work in the cold, while my son and I watched from inside the warm store and played with a beautiful plywood bicycle and the display of terrains that Weebsworld has for testing strollers. I simply paid, strapped my son into his new seat, and drove off: no long walks through parking lots; no ignorant or apathetic staff workers; no gymnastics installing the seats myself. more

My husband and I went into Weebsworld looking for a car seat and stroller for our first baby. The employees made us feel extremely comfortable and showed us numerous options for both strollers and car seats. We decided on a stroller and car seat which we absolutely love! The owners installed our car seats and walked us through easy everyday use. We have also recently purchased convertible car seats which they installed as well! We love the Weebsworld experience and will continue to shop there for our babies. more

I Went to Weebsworld because they're the only place in the Richmond area that carries high-end strollers. I went in to see the Quinny Buzz. David showed it to me but showed me other strollers as well, for comparison. They have a great test track to try strollers out on with different surfaces. After trying out a few strollers I had to have the iCandy. There were no high stress sales tactics being used. Unless you consider David telling us about the upcoming sale where we could save about $100. David and Sarah are great people. They even put my stroller together while we waited. more

If you want some of the safest, coolest, top of the car seats, strollers, and high chairs for your babies than WeebsWorld is a MUST. The help was fantastic. At other stores we go to the employees know very little about the products...at WeebsWorld you are guaranteed incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff. This is definitely a must go for all current & expecting Mom's.... Just so you know I'm speaking from experience, we purchased our stroller, infant car seats, toddler car seats, and several other other accessories from WeebsWorld. We go to Babies R Us for bottles and bath toys and clothes. We go to USA baby for Cribs and Rocking Chairs. We go to WeebsWorld for Strollers, Car Seats, and High Chairs. more

I drove down to Richmond from the DC area and found exactly what I was looking for in a high end baby stroller. The staff were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to explain every detail of what I was buying., Coolest part, there is a track in the store that you can push the stoller testing it on different types of surfaces- rock, cobblestone, grass etc... And of course my other boys loved the huge scale they have to weigh themselves- but ultimitaly the stoller. Top notch experience. Will be back if I have more babies. Thanks Weebsworld!!!! more

While I was pregnant with my second baby, I visited Weebsworld to discuss my stroller options. I worked closely with the owners and felt very comfortable discussing my needs and wants for my next stroller purchase. They were very inquisitive into my needs and were not pushy, they encouraged me to try as many strollers as I wanted and gave me sound advise on each product. I had never experienced such in-depth customer service regarding strollers. I purchased my Mutsy from them, and I love it. Thanks to Weebsworld for allowing me to take my time to make an informed decision! more

I visited this site to write a review after my horrible experience visiting Weebsworld and am stunned to read that it's been going on for some time. Once we finally managed to get someones attention away from his computer, he just seemed like we were bothering him. We should have just left at that point, but we really wanted to find a good stroller and had heard so much about the BOB strollers that we wanted to check them out for ourselves. He was so negative about the BOB strollers, even though he had them on his floor, and proceeded to tell us that this other stroller would suit us better. The way he pushed it we figure it was because he had too many of the other stroller in stock and needed to unload it. Well, not on us. Don't bother going in. We were referred to Tots on-the-go by a friend and had a wonderful experience there. That's for another review, favorable definitely. We strongly recommend parents don't waste your time going to Weebsworld. Such a shame. more

We recently were looking for booster seat for our soon-to-be 5 year old that would fit a smaller car. We weren't looking to move to a booster at this time just trying to get an idea of what our options are. The staff there came off as knowledgeable and helpful but as we continued talking to them we realized they are not. The owner tried to sell us a Sunshine Kids Radian, which is a great seat just no longer what we're looking for, he claimed that it could be used as high back booster as well as an harness and after doing some extensive research I came to find out that it CANNOT be used as a booster. He even buckled it in to our car to "prove' that it could be used as a booster. When I asked where the strap threads were he searched on the seat for ones and then said "oh this seat doesn't need them" Something didn't feel right to me about how it was being used. He also tried to sell us a seat by saying that we were using ours incorrectly, which trust me, I KNOW we are. We have read both the manuals for the car seat and car itself and had it installed by a certified technician. These people are just looking to make some money and I am concerned that they may try to sell someone a seat that truly does not fit their child or car since they lied to us about one being able to be used as a booster. I can't imagine what might happen if someone actually listens to them and places a child in a seat that is not meant to be used in that way. They could be killed. more

We were shopping for a stroller for our 1st baby & came across this store online. We drove over an hour to get to the store & it was well worth our trip. The sales staff was very knowledgeable & helpful. They listened to what we were looking for & showed us multiple options within our price range. They painted a realistic picture of the quality of their products & described to us the pros & cons of each stroller, as well as how they compared to the cheaper brands that you can buy in the larger baby stores. It was so nice to be able to try out all the strollers on the test track too! When we ordered our stroller we were totally comfortable with our decision. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a stroller! more

As a man shopping for Baby strollers and car seats I came across this store. The owner David was extremely knowledgeable of not only his products, but industry standards and competing products. He made sure he focused on the benefits of all products and also would show the faults as well. This guy made me feel so comfortable that I made the decision to purchase the product without my wife's knowledge. She was so impressed that I did y homework lol. thanks dave! Since then, my wife and I have been repeat customers our most recent purchase is the Recaro car seat. This is the safest car seat out. You know it must be if formula one drivers and other race car drivers use this seat. Thanks Dave and Sara. more

I went to weebsworld to pick out a stroller for my two sons. I was amazed at the great selection. The product knowledge was fantastic and they had all the accessories that I needed. They built the stroller for me and gave me a quick lesson on all of it operational features and put it in my car for me. They even had an test track to push the stroller on. I had a great shopping experience in this local store and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stroller. more

We drove to Richmond to check out Weebsworld to choose a stroller because they had a good selection. Big mistake. The owner was the most arrogant, condescending salesperson I've ever encountered. He proceeded to tell us we had purchased the wrong car seat, basically insinuating that we were idiots and because of that decision there was nothing he could do for us in terms of stroller selection. The car seat we have is the highest rated according to Consumer Reports and Baby Bargains, and he insisted that we needed a Maxi Cosi carseat instead- one that I found out later has been RECALLED. He comes across as knowing a lot about his products, but woe to you if you've already chosen anything that falls outside of his preferences. My husband and I were completely baffled that someone could be this rude, and will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor if you don't want to feel patronized- buy your stroller/car seat somewhere else. more

My wife and I left feeling taken advantage of. The staff was very standoffish and abrupt. He seemed to be steering us away from the product we were most interested in for alternative reasons. We just didn't get a very good vibe. It's a shame because we really wanted to shop locally, but will still to online retailers when we get such poort service. more
