Businiess name:  Kyoto Japanese Steak House

Good: The food is very good, especially the Thai. I recommend the yellow curry. But my girlfriend loves the Udon noodles from the Japanese menu. Nice people. They care about what comes out of the kitchen. If Joe waits on you...and he always seems to be there...you'll have great, super quick service. He's a trained chef himself and a great guy. The beer on tap is always ice cold. Bad: Nothing. The other servers are fine, but it's a pro forma thing. Some of the dishes are much better than others, so choose the Udon or the Thai curries. Improvements: Nothing. WE LOVE IT. Other: We eat here pretty often, so I feel a need to put some of the other comments into perspective. There's no accounting for taste and to each his own, but understand two things. This is not haut cuisine...and ya gotta know what to order. Some of the items on the Japanese menu are okay, but fairly humdrum standard fare. "Fast food?" That's too harsh. And the pad thai, for instance, is so so. Slow service? Maybe 2 times out of the 50-60 times we've gone. (Clueless new hires.) It's a great place to eat.
