Edward was amazing. Our refrigerator was a mess - the freezer only half worked, the veggie drawer was antartica, and our water and ice machine was kaput. I received a same day appt wherein the problem was diagnosed (evaporator was not working properly). Edward go the part, installed it and now my son is happy again he did not have to drink water instead of milk this morning. Never change the routine of a toddler, unless you welcome cries of anguish and agony.
