I've had to go through a few places in the yellow book for sub zero refrigerator repair, before I landed on this company. it seemed like they've been around for a while, and their website really put me at ease. I called them in the morning, scared of my food spoiling if I waited a day longer. they had a tech out that afternoon. English wasn't his first language, but it was enough to communicate what had to be done. the part had to be ordered, but it was affordable, even if i had to wait a few days.I'd recommend them to anyone with a broken sub zero! more

Edward was amazing. Our refrigerator was a mess - the freezer only half worked, the veggie drawer was antartica, and our water and ice machine was kaput. I received a same day appt wherein the problem was diagnosed (evaporator was not working properly). Edward go the part, installed it and now my son is happy again he did not have to drink water instead of milk this morning. Never change the routine of a toddler, unless you welcome cries of anguish and agony. more

Highly recommend them! Edward was great, knew Wolf ovens inside and out, prompt, friendly, honest and finished in time. He just fixed the igniter in my oven which had gotten jammed causing it not to light up instead of replacing unnecessary parts. more

I had a problem with my wolf oven and i need it repaired today on SUNDAY so i can go 2 work MONDAY on time and i spoke Edward and he said don't worry it will be done today guess what it was fixed that day and for a great price i love them and THANKS. more

Jack arrived just a few hours after we placed a call. He fixed our cooling problem in about 20 minutes and was out of here. Very friendly, engaging, great sense of humor and trustworthy. He even gave us useful tips... We'll use him again. more

I had an emergency with my refrigerator's cooling system. I got on judysbook and picked A1 Sub Zero Refrigerator Freezer Repair. They arrived at my home at the time the dispatcher said they would and even went beyond the call of duty and did and emergency install that same night. Very courteous service technician and great installers. more

Great service. I have used A1 Sub Zero Refrigerator Freezer Repair twice and had a really good experience both times. Your people are experienced and friendly. Both technicians knew what they were doing and they provided excellent customer service. When you need help with a broken appliance, you need it right away and both times I called, they came the same day. They took care of the problems and gave me some helpful information. The first time I called, there was a gas smell coming from my stove. The 2nd time my washer had a leak. Both times, a technician showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job fixing the problem. Both jobs were billed very fairly and were the same price that I approved. Recommended! High professional techs 3/22/2010

Good thing I called them coz they really help me a lot specially how to take care of my appliances. My friend recommend their service to me a few weeks ago because of my broken Sub Zero built-in freezer. I'm so impressed by their personnel and technician because they are so kind and friendly. I ask them to come to my house and check my appliances if they can fix it. Good to hear that it only need to be repaired and change some busted parts. They are very honest and really explained what is the problem and explain every single causes of that.. Thank you guys I really appreciate your honest concern.
