I was absolutely astonished when I picked up my dog from this place. I asked them to make her clean and trimmed but not to shave her. I was clear on my request but they completely ignored it and then had the audacity to charge me $87!!! All they had done was remove all her hair entirely and now it is 6 months later. Finally she looks normal. Never again!!! They do not listen to the customer.
