I was absolutely astonished when I picked up my dog from this place. I asked them to make her clean and trimmed but not to shave her. I was clear on my request but they completely ignored it and then had the audacity to charge me $87!!! All they had done was remove all her hair entirely and now it is 6 months later. Finally she looks normal. Never again!!! They do not listen to the customer. more

I recently had a horrible experience with this company and would like to share it with anyone thinking of using these people and their service. My little Maltese went there for a bath and simple puppy cut for the start of summer. The grooming job was not quite satisfactory but after speaking with the owner I was assured at her next visit they would be able to improve. Well, her next visit was no improvement,I was again told to bring her back and it just got worse,they cut off her pony tail and now she looks like a boy. I had reminded them 4 times NOT TO CUT OFF HER PONYTAIL I called them and left a message.with no response from them now 2 weeks. ago more

Just the name is enough to want to give it a chance. This place offers pet grooming. They have good prices and are talented goomers. They also offer nail clipping. Appointments are necessary, though, so be warned. They are very gentle with the animals and have a knack for calming them. They are good with all breeds, too. more
