To whom it may concern:
I have been in a few hospital, but I have never been in a hospital that is as dirty a the St John Medical Center. When my family inquire about, seeing the Manager of the Dept, we were told that the manager would come up to visit with us. Well he did and we were not impressed with his knowledge or should we say the lack of knowledge, due to his poor people skills. We can understand why this hospital is dirty and why we seen housekeeping staff standing and visiting. We, could tell there is no leadership. We, as a family feel that your leaders should show that they care and want to make your hospital an inviting and clean professional appearance. we would hope that this letter of concern would be sent to the CEO of St John Medical Center. We as a family would hope that the manager would be held accountable for the appearance of this hospital and trained in proper people skills.
