Ann Marie helped us find the perfect home a couple of weeks ago. In fact, thanks to her we got it for less than what the appraisal said it was worth! Ann Marie's guidance and support were invaluable throughout the experience. Unlike other agents that are most interested in maximizing their commission in the shortest time possible, it was pretty clear to us that Ann Marie number one priority was that we find the home we'd be happiest with. That's exactly what we got. A couple of weeks ago, our offer was accepted on a wonderful home in Plano that we'll call home for years.
