Three years later, I love where I live more than ever. I would never have found it without Ann Marie's patience with my irregular schedule, fickle reactions and overall wariness of commitment. I would never have made the offer without Annmaire's ability to reassure me and build confidence in my decision. I would never have secured it without her advice about timing and tactics. I don't move often, but when I do, I will want to move with Ann marie help. more

What an excellent realtor. Ann Marie was fantastic. If you are looking for a Realtor in DFW, you can do no better than Ann Marie. The most important aspect in real estate is location and Ann Marie knows the neighborhoods very well. She will find you a place tucked away from the masses if you want. She will find you the best commuter home. She knows the areas that people want to live in, whether for good school systems, proximity to a highway or for its "small town feel". She gets to know you very fast and doesn't waste your time with looking at places that don't fit. She is as concerned with spending your money as you are. I never once felt like she was pushing me towards something more expensive. more

My partner and I just bought a house and we used Ann Marie as our realtor, and we could not have been happier. We had a lot of questions, and she always knew the answers. What I appreciated most was that she always answered/returned our calls and e-mails very promptly, and that meant a lot to us. We would definitely recommend her to all friends and family more

Ann Marie helped us find the perfect home a couple of weeks ago. In fact, thanks to her we got it for less than what the appraisal said it was worth! Ann Marie's guidance and support were invaluable throughout the experience. Unlike other agents that are most interested in maximizing their commission in the shortest time possible, it was pretty clear to us that Ann Marie number one priority was that we find the home we'd be happiest with. That's exactly what we got. A couple of weeks ago, our offer was accepted on a wonderful home in Plano that we'll call home for years. If you're planning on purchasing a home in the Plano-area then give Ann Marie a call!! more
