DO NOT BUY YOUR INSTRUMENT HER!E!! I chose to buy a keyboard from this merchant to support the local small business community. This was a big mistake!! I knowingly paid more than I would have for the same model on Amazon. The product turned out to be defective after only 1 week of owning it. I went into the store and reported this. This person told me "Bob" would call me. He did not. Two days later I called and was told he would call me back. He did not. I called again and finally spoke to him about an exchange. He told me he would see about exchanging it for a different model and call me back. He did not. Two days later I called again and spoke to a sales rep. He then told me that Bob ordered the model. I complained to him about their poor customer service regarding returning phone calls as promised. He told me it would be in in 7-10 days. I heard nothing for a full 2 weeks. I caledl once again and I was told that it should be in the following week. On Thursday of that next week, after not hearing from anyone I decided I've had more than enough. I called and explained that I now want my money refunded, as I'm not interested in doing business with them. The sales rep told me that Bob will be in in a couple of hours and that he will call me. Three hours later I called back and was told that Bob will be back sometime in the next 3 hours and he will call me. About 2 hours later I received my very first phone call from this store in the month that I have been dealing with this issue. Sit down for this! It is a different sales rep and the first thing out of his mouth after announcing who he is: "Your keyboard is in." How ironic! I finally have had enough, demand a refund, and the keyboard has arrived at the store and is ready for pickup.. If you believe that you are a moron! And the icing on the cake is he tells me that they will only issue me store credit. I explain that I was not told that this was their return policy and I have a right under MA consumer protection laws, to a refund and he tells me - are you ready f
