You know how you feel when you have to call the plumber? Something is terribly wrong and you can't even imagine how much it is going to cost. Well, I would NEVER use another plumbing company again after my first experience with Four Star Plumbing. The first time I used them, the owner Rob came out himself, I was terrified of cost and upset at the damage caused by a problem with my shower. Rob was calm, sweet, straight foward and put me at ease while he diagnosed the problem. He was neat and professional (he had to cut a hole in the ceiling...the drywaller said he never saw a plumber do such a neat job) at any rate, he really set me at ease and charged me a VERY fair price. What I thought was going to be a hardship turned into a great experience. I have since used his company for my small disasters and remodel projects always to find that they do a great job at a very fair price and don't come up with a bunch of unneccesary hidden fees. They also spend the time to explain what happened and why, so you can avoid a future problem. The office staff is so pleasant and happy to help with scheduling and billing. You feel like you are being taken care of by friends. You really can't go wrong using Four Star Plumbing!
