Cafe Rio is seriously my favorite place! My husband and I would go here at least once a week, and it was always a struggle to decide what to order because EVERYTHING is sooo good! The shredded chicken burrito or shredded beef burrito, enchilada style of course, are both yummy! My husband was a fan of the fire-grilled chicken burrito. I also loved their shredded beef salad with the creamy tomatillo dressing! You get a free kid's quesadilla with the purchase of an entree and there is a frequent diner card where you get a free meal and drink after you purchase 10 meals. Be prepared for long lines, but it is soo worth the wait! You can also call ahead and pick up your order.
