Review content:
For starters, he has unlicensed electrians. He has a high turnover of employees who are not that knowledgeable and the materials used in the interior of the house were of low grade. He failed several inspections throughout the project including the final inspection therefore we still have not obtained the C of O. Since then, he has avoided all calls, texts, emails, & letters addressing these issues. Just to note, after one month of his services, I have cracked walls throughout, issues with my patio due to foundation not properly set, leaks, and the list goes on and on. If you ask for referrals, be sure your not speaking with his friends and family as he attempts to be a fast talker. Unfortunately i am forced to give a rating. If it were up to me, it would be a negative rating.
