I worked closely with owner to make sure my kitchen remodeling was done to my satisfactioon, in my budget and in a timely matter. Overall, we were thrilled with the final outcome of our kitchen. We plan on having more work done in the spring. We thorougly enjoy our new kitchen. Job was done with skilled workers and at a competitive price. All contractors and subs were licensed and professional. We also noticed how clean they left the job on a daily basis. Very happy and enjoying our new kitchen. more

We were very satisfied with Byram COnstruction who recently built an addition on our house. They were very professional, corteous, and bent over backwards to please us and our needs. We had time constraints and they were willing to work on our time schedule. The price was good and they were very timely and neat. We had no problems getting a C of O, and all of our inspections passed with out any problems. We have already recommended them to our friends and family. more

For starters, he has unlicensed electrians. He has a high turnover of employees who are not that knowledgeable and the materials used in the interior of the house were of low grade. He failed several inspections throughout the project including the final inspection therefore we still have not obtained the C of O. Since then, he has avoided all calls, texts, emails, & letters addressing these issues. Just to note, after one month of his services, I have cracked walls throughout, issues with my patio due to foundation not properly set, leaks, and the list goes on and on. If you ask for referrals, be sure your not speaking with his friends and family as he attempts to be a fast talker. Unfortunately i am forced to give a rating.
