Review content:
I was glad to see a new bar in the area and have been there twice since they opened. The interior is nice, the parking is good and they have mega touch at the bar. But I have to say the management is lacking in personal skills. I had a tab and left my credit card there. When I called a couple days later I was told I would have to speak to the day manager. I waited on hold for a while and was suprised to hear that the manager was too busy to talk to me as he was preping the staff. This is interesting as both times I have been to the bar it has not been busy at all. Well needless to say that is not only rude but unacceptable. I was on may way out of town was not leaving w/o my credit card. So I went up the bar and (it was not busy by any means) and asked to speak to the day manager. The waitresses were all trying to be helpful but they couldn't find the manager. So I waited about 15 minutes and when one of the waitresses finally found him he blew her off! I waited a few more minutes and finally a waitress came out of the kitchen with my card. She was nice and I hope she finds better job.
I'll probably give the place another chance just because it's close. But if the managers are rude to either me, my friends or their own staff that will be the last time. Hopefully they will sort out the bad employees.
