Funny thing is, Europa Bistro hasn't been open for lunch since January of 2008, so I find it hard to believe the previous review given the date. I frequent Europa at least 3 times a week, and while yes, it can get somewhat hectic due to the volume of business, it is ALWAYS a joy to dine there. I have my favorite servers, I love the owners and have made numerous new friends with other regulars there. I have even travelled abroad with some. All in all, I wish the were more Europa Bistro's around, as I do have to drive a fair distance to get to it, but it is well worth the drive. I would recommend it to anyone.
