Received exceptional customer service. Not once or twice, but in every contact with the organization. From my first meeting with John, through multiple contract tweaks with Michele and Marianne, and finally with Muge, who expedited a re-assembly of my piano after a problem was left by the movers.
Without fail, everyone was responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. Following the December snowstorm, John responded to a Sunday morning call immediately to answer my concerns with pick-up scheduled for the next day.
Having moved well ahead of my belongings, this move could easily have been a major headache. Instead, it went as smoothly as I could possibly have hoped for.
