Review content:
This restauraunt was on the verge of failing (from my perspective about 2 years ago) the quality of ingredients was terrible the way the food was presented was BAD, However I gave it another chance about 2 years ago. Well it payed off. The previous chef was fired. Seems I wasnt the only one who thought the food was terrible and uninspired. Now, the ingredients are fresh, they are flavorful. The presentation is awesome. I know of about 5 Mexican restaurants in the area within 20 miles. This one is by far leaps and bounds above the others. The prices are good (while everyone else keeps raising theirs) Absolutely the best quality mexican food out there. For two years running they have been able to keep up the flavor and quality and there has been NO sign of that fading. Well done and keep up the great work El Rodeo. I have only been to the Westlake one that is in a strip mall. Although part of the same chain, i went there only once and it was horrrible. I will drive extra to go to the North Olmsted store. Go for Mariachi night.. it is LOUD and interesting.
Pros: The Best Mexican food I have ever had, since they fired the.
Cons: The decor is a bit loud.
