Review content:
I purchased my wedding dress from David's Bridal. I wanted to find an inexpensive dress, many people know that David's is the place for that. I found a dress I loved. I ordered it and was told that it would come in 6 weeks. I was on tight time frame and was guaranteed that my dress would come in on time. 6 weeks came and went. No sign of my dress. They claimed that I never placed an order with them. They also 'lost' the order of a bridesmaid dress. The dress came 3 weeks later, a whole TWO weeks before my wedding. They didn't offer to take anything of my dress. Thankfully I was pregnant and my only fitting was a week before we got married.
David's does have a huge selection of dresses. They are super busy on the weekends. Overall, I was not happy with the customer service and the lies that they tell you.
