I searched all over for a dress for my son's wedding. Everything was either too prom-ish or too old lady-ish. I was thrilled when I walked in David's Bridal and found at least 8 dresses I could try on. I found the perfect dress and I had great customer service from a very nice lady. I purchased my wedding dress from David's Bridal. I wanted to find an inexpensive dress, many people know that David's is the place for that. I found a dress I loved. I ordered it and was told that it would come in 6 weeks. I was on tight time frame and was guaranteed that my dress would come in on time. 6 weeks came and went. No sign of my dress. They claimed that I never placed an order with them. They also 'lost' the order of a bridesmaid dress. The dress came 3 weeks later, a whole TWO weeks before my wedding. They didn't offer to take anything of my dress. Thankfully I was pregnant and my only fitting was a week before we got married. David's does have a huge selection of dresses. They are super busy on the weekends. Overall, I was not happy with the customer service and the lies that they tell you. more

I got a beautiful brides maid dress here and it was the perfect price. I was shopping in so many different stores and this was the only store I could find that had a dress that fit perfect. The prices at this store are unbelievable. The employees here were doing everything to make me fell comfortable and to help me find the perfect dress. They also had a lot of different colors. more

I bought my wedding dress here because of the great sales and all of the wonderful help that was given me. The priced are incomparable. Also, my bridemaids got their dress here and the prices were pretty fair. I did have a problem with my dress, during the reception the back zipper was loose and kept going down so luckily I had pins and was able to pin it. It wasn't anything serious but it could have been. more
