I must say, this is the best spa I have ever been too !! I went there yesterday 2/22, and had the best massage of my life. Everyone was so nice and sincere. I didn't know really anything about spas but the front desk was so helpful. Even the people downstairs greeted me with kindness. As I checked out though, a man came in complaining how he wanted his money back because he had a horrible massage. I found that very hard to believe knowing that everyone was so great there! I was trying to pay for my services and he continued to curse and yell. Doesn't he know he was in a spa. I found that to be very rude and it kind of made me tense and ruined my relaxation. I felt so bad for the girl at the desk, she was only a receptionist what could she do. I would of called the security or something because this was a mad man!!! But overall I had the best massage ever. That was the only thing that ruined it. KUDOS to TRANQUILITY SPA for giving me the best experience I have ever had!!!
