I was out running errands with my friends yesterday and it was so nice out that we were trying to find somewhere to have lunch and a couple of drinks outdoors. I remembered that Nickels had a patio, but had not been since the first month when they opened. We went by to see if the patio was open for business, and we were in luck!!! What a great day to enjoy lunch outside. I have to say, my visit to Nickels yesterday was fantastic. The server, Rich, was great and took good care of us. They had just put Sangria on special that day, and have to say, I have never been a big fan of Sangria but it was amazing. I hope they think about adding it as a pitcher for an option to share with the table. Our lunch was good, and the new coconut shrimp was awsome. I remember when I first tried it here and I know they were still new and trying to get them selves organized, but things have come around. The atmosphere is very comfortable and I really enjoyed my day with my friends and being able to spend it outside was key. Hats off to a new place that seems to have got it together!!!!!!
