Good: Been going to Marsh Optical since 1989. Walked in cold off street & have been extremely happy since. Their expertise & product knowledge, selection, special order abilities & ALWAYS prompt delivery of an order, be it for lenses, glasses, or replacement parts, (usually free of charge) is UNMATCHED! Their professionalism, attentiveness, and courtesy are always the very BEST. Their helpful way and boutique store is a great model for other opticians. I always leave w/frames that look like I walked in with them. Bad: Parking is very convenient, but is metered.. Improvements: More floor space. However, store and display space and layout are efficient.. Other: The proprietors are very hands on. You always deal with both of these very skilled and talented Artisan/Owners. My experience of them, their store, their products, & their services are that, "If you are not satisfied with them or your experience or your purchase, it's only because they haven't finished serving you. If you are a tough customer, one who is extremely difficult or near impossible to satisfy, my advice is to hang in there & give The Marsh Optical Boutique a fair shot. They WILL satisfy you yet..
