Review content:
Good: Towing was about the only thing they could do without screwing up. Bad: Extremely amateurish and unprofessional on the car repair. They actually cross threaded each and every lug on every wheel. I can't imagine anyone using so much force to even put the lugs on that way, but like they say, you can't fix stupid. When we had to take the front tires off, we had to use a 4 ft extension and enough force that sheared 2 lugs off on each side. Of couse, these people denied any responsibility, cost us $260 to repair. Ritchie Automotive rocks! Avoid Edelens if you value your car... Improvements: Better mechanics and people who know what they are doing.. Other: It's too bad I can't post this with ZERO stars, they don't even deserve one..
