My husband and I have been coming to Edelweiss faithfully for the last 12 years, Every annivarsary, birthday, valentines day ect. The only food that campares to the "real thing" is Germany itself and of course my German Mother -in -laws cooking. Noy only is the food spectacular, the wait staff and the musicians bring back so many memories. It's hard to duplicate authenic German cooking, but with the majority of their staff being German themselves, they really know what they are doing. Please keep up the great work and EVERYONE needs to give them a try.
Pros: Great staff and food. Reservations recommened!
Cons: Alway's busy, a little pricey but you csn always find a coupon for buy 1 get 1 half off
