I called three place until I called Curtis and got a real person on the phone to explain my issue to... I was having drainage problems in my backyard. They said that their technican would come out to assess the situation. There guy came out - I think his name was Jeff and he told me what the problem was. I knew it was not going to be an easy fix. They gave me a price to get the job done. They started the next day. Frozen ground, snow and a little sleet they excavated and had to come back for three days -for a job that was supposed to be one day AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING EXTRA! which was pretty cool. I was very happy with their service and there follow-up afterwards. - Dan
