Review content:
Called the guy, poor customer service skills. Used cuss words and slang when trying to go over the process of what was wrong with the deck. At the end of the call decided to not want and do the deck "because he had enough work and my deck would need a rebuild." Compete waste of time.
Finally, after I completed my call with him I called another deck company and was told my job sounded pretty easy and can be done the next day where as the guy from "Customer Decks and Porches" said everything would have to be torn down and rebuilt.
The professionalism over the phone was just that of poor taste.
