I lived in Harbour Ridge Apartments for a total of two years before I retired from the Coast Guard and moved back home to Sweet Home Alabama. I loved my two years there. Having been in Personnel with the Coast Guard I did hear several horor stories about some other apartment complexes. Yes, Harbour Ridge does seem to go up on the rent each year but a lot of places do that. It's definitely worth the money with the enclosed attached garage and washer and dryer right in the apartment. No going out to do the laundry. It is a very secure place to live and the maintenance guys are the best. I had a very good relationship with the office staff, too. Thanks, Harbour Ridge! I highly recommend you to any and everybody.
