Good: Jim Callahan...my sales rep. He was great! He listened to me (which I have found out is rare in his business) and explained everthing clearly. I needed a Chevy and my wife wanted a GMC which they do not carry. Jim respected what my wife wanted and let her drive a couple of SUV's that he had in the same category that she was looking at with GMC but never made her feel pressured. Jim is my new guy. Anytime we need a car that his dealership carries it won't even be a question where we go. Thanks Jim.. Other: My wife and I ended up buying 2 different cars simultaneously from 2 different dealerships. Would have bought both from Jim Callahan at Hare Chevrolet but my wife had her heart set on a certain Buick and Hare does not carry that make. Jim respected that and stayed late on a Friday so that we could coordinate both sales at the same time. Very professional at all times. Class act, thanks Jim..
