So I had bought a vehicle here back in 2013 and had a great experience with my sales rep. I had bought a 2010 nicely cared for Chevy Malibu. After a year and 3 months of owning it I decided to go back and see if I could trade it in for a new or new model due the high mileage I had put on it. Now my credit score had improved from previous purchase and I knew financially I was a little better but a NEW car, I didn't know if I could get one but I knew that's what I wanted. So I go back and realized that young lady that helped me did not work there anymore. I was totally bummed out and honestly scared to deal with anybody else because she had gone ALL OUT to help me in the past. So reluctantly I gave them another try and my experience with another sales rep, Corbin, was outstanding!. He not only got me into a newer car but a brand NEW 2015 Chevy Malibu. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever believe that I could be the owner of a BRAND SPANKIN NEW CAR!!!. Now my process did take a couple of days to get negotiated and approved with the bank. But in 2 days Corbin gave me the keys of my new car. He communicated with my threw text, by calling me, and most importantly made feel like I was family. He treated me like I was the only one that he was doing a deal with and nothing else mattered. I honestly cannot think of a better place to go get a car from. They are honest and direct but not as jerks, but as good stewards of your well benefit. Corbin had told me from the get go if this deal financially for you does not make sense and its not in your best interest I will tell you. So needless to say Hare Chevy surprised me once again. I am so happy with me new car but happier that they treated so awesome as they did! Txs Hare Chevy! You guys rock! more

My husband and I have less than perfect credit and was skeptical about whether or not we would be able to get into a newer vehicle but MOOSE did just that! I recently traded my minivan for a 2012 Chevy Malibu. While the husband did not see the big deal for why I wanted the Sunroof feature on the Malibu - Todd did! Going from all that space the sunroof would help with my emotional transition. LOL Todd Kirkpatrick was extremely knowledgable, super funny, and cared about finding us the car that had all 3 of my "must haves" (Remote start, bluetooth, & Sunroof). He even drove us down the road to where they had about 100 more Malibus parked, he walked out in the rain, & never once groaned about it me chaning my mind 3 times!!!! The young gal that gave spoke to us after our purchase was very pleasant & knowledgable as well. I cannot remember her name :(. Bryan Matthews....could not have asked for a nicer Finance person. He made sure we fully understood all the information on all the extended warranties as well as the gap insurance. We will definetly be back when we are ready to trade our other vehicle! more

Talk about the best salesperson, Ronne (Veronica Myers) She answered every question about anything we asked. She listened to what we were looking for in a car, what we wanted our payments and everything we wanted to make the purchase & boy did she delivery on everything. Our process took a while do to all of our questions, some printer errors, and her abilities of being detailed & understanding our concerns on the process but Ronne kept her cool. Our children were even entertained & kept busy & not bothered of the lengthy hours us adults were taking. MY experience with Mike Tallman buying my new SS/RS Camaro, from the beginning to the end was the best and the most pleasurable out of the 3 other Dealers that I tried to deal with in the past month on a New SS/RS Camaro. Mike answered all of my questions and sent me the best pics of the car in high resolution. This meant alot to me because I live 250 miles away in Southeast Ohio. And I didn't want to arrive there and be disappointed. While on the phone with him he talked and treated me as if I was standing in the showroom with him making this deal. He is a hard worker that goes above and beyond all expectations. He did not wait 2 or 3 days to work with me on this deal.
