Review content:
I was one of Rover Oaks first customers several years ago. As my dog aged, the staff adapted to him and ensure that as a young dog he received plenty of play time and as an older dog he received good TLC and quiet cuddle time. Every person on staff loves animals, and it shows.
Only downside: limited hours. It's hard to to meet a 6 p.m. pick-up when working full time. Otherwise, my current dog would go to doggie day care more often.
Pros: Superb customer service and follow-through
