I own two rental properties with one being in San Antonio and the other in Harker Heights. I have used Folkerson Property management now for 12 years and they have always been outstanding. My house rents like clock work and it is always maintained well by this company. This company is far superior to the ones I have used in San Antonio. I read all the reviews before I wrote this one. Honestly, most people will not take the time to write a good review, but they certainly will complain loud and clear when they feel they have a beef. I decided that it was my duty to reward Doug Folkerson (after 12 good years) with a good review that is honest and sincere.
