When I was engaged, I did not live in Utah, but I was visiting for a week and went to Walker's to look for my wedding dress. They treated me like a princess from the minute I walked through the door! They helped me pick out several gowns in my size, and I got to stand up on a pedestal to "display" the different dresses to my family. After I selected my dress, they helped me choose a veil that complimented it, complete with a tiara! :) I also got shoes and my bridal jewelry there. They were able to perform the alterations on site. To this day I love my wedding dress and I look back on that experience with fond memories.
The only downfall was when they actually shipped my dress to me. I waited for that day with a lot of anticipation and couldn't wait to show the dress off to my friends. When it arrived, it was someone else's dress!! I had to find out who they had shipped my dress to and ship her dress to her and wait again for mine to come! In the end, it all worked out, though.
