MR. ROOTER has excellent service. My hot water heater was broken and I had nothing but cold water. My technician from Mr. Rooter was prompt to respond in less than one hour and repaired it the same day, after they had installed my 50 gallon water heater I was clue less about where I would be taking my old water heater? The tech asked me if I wanted him to take the old water heater for me and I really appreciated that! He also told me that I had warranty on my new water heater and he gave me his business card. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing to take care of any of my plumbing needs for my next emergency.?
