All personnel were cheerful, comfortable, informative and patient in answering all my questions. To make the ending even sweeter, Mr. Chris C. helped me out with one of our leaking toilets - it took him under five minutes to resolve the problem. Solved problem 11/23/2010

I had a valve leak a few hours before having to go out of town, and Eugene was able to find the parts for my water meter and fix it the same day, allowing me not to have to move my travel arrangements. I sincerely appreciate his going the extra mile (literally, since he had to drive about 40 miles to pick up the part) to resolve the problem quickly. more

Your service technician Mike K. performed an outstanding job at my house today. Mike's expertise in the removal of some very difficult roots in my main drain pipe gave me a sense of great relief and peace of mind! I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. Felt immediately at ease 9/20/2010

My positive experience began with my initial call. Carol answered the phone with such a genuinely happy greeting and was totally accommodating with scheduling my service that I felt immediately at ease with my choice. Alfredo was polite, efficient and very tidy – love the booties and mats. The after-service call I received today is also a nice touch – some companies do this but it is rarely the guy who did the work calls you and I think that is much more genuine. I have already passed your number along to several friends and will continue to do so. more

Very good experience 9/7/2010

This was our first experience with Mr. Rooter and it was a very good one. When we called for a quote, Daniel came by promptly, assessed the situation quickly and patiently answered all our questions. Upon returning to complete the labor, he was thorough. I am a minister, and as such, am somewhat prominent in the community. I've already given quite a bit of word-of-mouth advertising that I hope pays dividends on your part. more

The technicians are prompt!! 2/17/2010

MR. ROOTER has excellent service. My hot water heater was broken and I had nothing but cold water. My technician from Mr. Rooter was prompt to respond in less than one hour and repaired it the same day, after they had installed my 50 gallon water heater I was clue less about where I would be taking my old water heater? The tech asked me if I wanted him to take the old water heater for me and I really appreciated that! He also told me that I had warranty on my new water heater and he gave me his business card. I would not hesitate to call Mr. Rooter Plumbing to take care of any of my plumbing needs for my next emergency.? more

The best Plumbers! 2/10/2010

The guys at Mr. Rooter have come out with little notice to rescue me on more than one occasion. They never charge me for unnecessary work, and always try to find the most economical way to fix my problem. They show me options, and allow me to decide how I want them to proceed before doing the work, and once they start, the work is done in no time. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter.? more

Martin was highly professional, friendly, took the time to explain what was taking place, and left the premises in the same condition as he found it. Loved the outcome 12/17/2009

My sewage line was backing up over New Years weekend so I called Mr Rooter back. They were there in less than an hour and quickly found the palm tree roots blocking my sewer line. In minutes the pipes were flowing well. I was happy with the job at that point, but he stayed another 10-15 minutes making sure that there were no other partial blocks anywhere in the pipes ("as long as I am here and set up to do this...") I suspect that those extra ten minutes will put off having to call them again for a few years. From Melinda in Vista,ca? more
