Was a patient for over 20 years until I moved to the Seattle Area a little while ago. He and his office were always friendly and professional. I've never had to deal with repairing any bad dental work or the pain my friends have related to me abound their dental experiences. . In all that time there has only been once when one of the staff was out of sorts. Not bad. One thing I did not like was waiting beyond my appointment time, but I experienced ( and continue to experience) that with my medical people too. But, still, I do not like it . A pet peeve of mine.XXXXXX Dr. James was always willing to take the time to explain and demonstrate things. I link my good dental health these last few years to Dr. James' emphasis on prevention.XXXXX The kicker for this review was when my dentist here complimented me on my previous dental work. So I thought Dr. James and his office deserved some well-earned reviews. Hope this helps.
