Review content:
I read a review of Tesars and wanted to take my family there for a special occasion. Our order was taken and then lost, so it had to be taken again but was incorrect. An order was placed for another bottle of wine that was not received but I was charged for anyway. After the food was served no one came to check that everything was okay so I had to get my own napkin from another table and pour the wine from the bottle located several tables down. The burger I was served was cold when I tased it. I spoke with our server who was argumentative so I requested to speak to the manager. The manager stated she would remove the burgers and a bottle of wine from the bill. The bill was still incorrect and the owner came over to handle the situation. The owner was the only person who cared to try to make the unpleasant situation better. The others persons in my party stated the food was excellent though. I would not know.
