Good: Crab dip. Bad: Service, Prime Rib, No silverware.....
Non existent service! Indifferent staff, Meat was ordered medium well and was served rare even after it was sent back! Waited 25 minutes to get served and the saga continued! Overpriced...appetizers x2, 5 kids no kids meals with mac and cheese at $6?? and sandwiches -$120 w/tip. RIDICULOUS and not very good food. The service was inconsistent an overall awful experience!. Improvements: New management with staff training, more servers, a new chef, a new lower priced menu, greater quality food, practice providing utensils for all patrons so they can eat their food?. Other: We were looking for a crab place so we figured we couldn't go wrong at a marina? We were wrong. It took 25 minutes after we were seated just for our drink orders. We then got appetizers but had no utensils for them. I ordered a 16 oz. prime rib which was not med well but rare even after I sent it back to the kitchen. When it returned it was minus my order of onion rings that it had. There were at least 8 oz. of fat on the 16 oz prime rib. The service was slow and the staff indifferent. No kids menu!.
