We always use them for tax return and they are very good. Not like H&R Block, they charge less and give us max tax return amount. We always get money back which we did not expect.
Since they have tons of clients, do not hesitate to make an appointment ASAP. Do not wait until you get bank documents.
We waited until the bank documents arrive and then made an appointment. The only appointment we could make was the last day of the deadline. You can always cancel your appointment, so hurry for the tax season.
