I was recommenced to Anthony R. Loya & Associates by a co-worker and have had a positive experience from day 1(1995). On one occasion I had a problem with my taxes(billing) and was about to take my business elsewhere Mr.. Loya made me feel like he appreciated my business, loyalty, and tax referrals. I refer Anthony R. Loya & Assoc. business because I want all my family and friends to have a positive experience with a courteous, professional, and thorough staff. I will see them again this Tax year! more

I was Audited by the IRS after lodging a return prepared by Anthony R Loya & Associates. Once received the Audit notice I immediately called my Accountant ~ Cesar. He was busy so the receptionist asked me to fax the Audit papers through as they have a 'special' audit department ~ she added that I would be contacted within the next 24 hours and not to worry. Don't worry ~ 24 hours! Really? I prepared and faxed all the documents as requested and waited... and waited... three days later nothing! No calls, no messages, no emails no special audit department - flat line. I called and emailed again to no avail. Stone walled, nice. Someone recommended them to me ~ terribly disappointed. Steer clear and save some pain. more

Anthony Loya has been doing my taxes since 1995 and I have never been happier. They are very savy and get you the max return. more

They provide little to no service after they file your taxes. They advised me to make more deductions than I felt comfortable with and when I was audited by the IRS they gave me the worst advice possible on how to handle the situation. They helped turn a bad situation into a terrible one. I would warn anyone against using this firm. more

2009 tax appointment better than ever. when it come to getting your money back, these are the people to go to. they have the most up to date information on credits and deductions. Most pleasant is to always see the same faces every year. in a time of recession and cut backs. I just had my taxes done by them and they really opened my eyes and made me realized how the system really works. I've never had a more pleasant expierience when filing my income taxes. !!! A++++ more

A real wake-up call.... My wife and I had a very bad time with this tax firm. I would never recommend anyone to use them. They do not care about there clients and just give you the run around. Lots of airheads working there. We have moved on to another tax firm....and we are so glad we did. Finally things are getting done. Thank you. more

We always use them for tax return and they are very good. Not like H&R Block, they charge less and give us max tax return amount. We always get money back which we did not expect. Since they have tons of clients, do not hesitate to make an appointment ASAP. Do not wait until you get bank documents. We waited until the bank documents arrive and then made an appointment. The only appointment we could make was the last day of the deadline. You can always cancel your appointment, so hurry for the tax season. more
