My experience, from my phone call to make anappointment to when I checked out and everything in between was the most healing and satisfying Day spa experience I've ever had. The staff at the booking desk took time to talk with me about my needs so they could match me with a massage therapist who would work for me. They were just as friendly and accomodating when I arrived to check in. AND my massage therapist was fantastic. She took time to make sure about what I needed. She was highly trained and able to help with my neck and shoulder pain. And on top of that I not only felt physical relief but I felt taken care of, relaxed and like I had experienced a break from my stressful life.
I definitely will be going back and highly reccomend that you try this place. It's nice to feel cared about!
Pros: inside Spectrum Club, great locker room steam, sauna, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar
Cons: there's parking but during busy times you have to find a place
