Businiess name:  Seadog Speed Boat Rides
Review by:  Guest
Review content:
Bad: Seadog does not operate ride if they do not have enough people lined up for ride. So even if the boat is ready and weather is good, if they do not have enough customers, the ride does not go. No signs are posted of this policy. So do not buy your ticket in advance. Also if the ride is canceled for visibility issue do not take the VIP pass that they offer, especially if you are not from Chicago. If the ride is cancelled and you can not stay for a later time in the day, you get no refund.. Improvements: The payment receipt should not be taken from customers, even when VIP pass is issued because customer has no receipt of payment. If ride is cancelled because of low ridership, a full refund should be provided to customer.. Other: I was at the Navy Pier on Sunday, August 9, 2009 at 7:15pm. The ride cost me over $80 for 2 adults and 1 child. I was refused a refund because they canceled due visibility and then second time to low ridership and I could not stay for later ride because my family had to fly back home.
