as an owner of 3 condo units in centercity philly, i depend upon the money coming in on my units to pay for my mortgages a little left over for a cushion
in the last 3 months all of my condos were vacant!i had heard pf maxwell realty company from friends, and thought id give em a try
in 31 days all my nervousness about carrying 3 vacant units was gone
all 3 got rented for even a bit more than my previous rents
if u have a vacancy use maxwell asap!!!
