Awhile back they offered a Passport to Savings that if you purchased would give you a 10% savings on regularly priced shoes and a jump on the yellow tags as it was eligible on the 23rd of every month. I jumped on this and paid the $10. BUT every time I have tried to use it there seems to be some small print that prevents it. Today when I tried the manager told me "oh well, you probably didn't pay for it anyway." and when I told him I paid $10, he just walked away. The card is a rip off scheme in my opinion, don't buy it. I shopped at the uptown store on Montgomery.
